FIFA bans Luis Suarez for four months

Mr. biter biter Dracula has been banned for four months from all football related activities by FIFA for biting Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini during the Uruguay-Italy match played on June 24th.

FIFA's disciplinary committee released a statement on their website stating this. See it below...

"The player Luis Suárez is regarded as having breached art. 48 par. 1 lit. d of the FIFA Disciplinary Code (FDC) (assault), and art. 57 of the FDC (an act of unsporting behaviour towards another player).

· The player Luis Suárez is to be suspended for nine (9) official matches. The first match of this suspension is to be served in the upcoming FIFA World Cup fixture between Colombia and Uruguay on 28 June. The remaining match suspensions shall be served in Uruguay’s next FIFA World Cup match(es), as long as the team qualifies, and/or in the representative team’s subsequent official matches in accordance with art. 38 par. 2a) of the FDC. GOOD-NIGHT KEFEE

Gospel singer, Kefee is dead. Been holding on to the news because I wanted to be 100% sure it's true...unfortunately it is. Our Branama queen is gone. Kefee Obareki Don Momoh passed away this morning at the US hospital where she was taken to after she collapsed and went into coma. She never came out of the coma. Her international manager has confirmed her passing and Kefee's husband also confirmed to a Star FM staff, where he works. What a sad day. 

Her management/family is yet to make any official statement but condolence messages have started pouring in.

Kefee had embarked on a 14-hour flight to Chicago for an event weeks ago but went into coma, forcing the plane to land in Los Angeles so she could be attended to urgently.

Doctors however revealed that her chances of survival was slim as her situation does not only require prayers, but miracle.
She never got out of the COMA.

YAW LOSES DAD

On Air Personality, Yaw has lost his father, Apostle O.N Onukwube.

Apostle O.N Onukwube died on Tuesday at Umuogwalu Village in Awka, Anambra State aged 88 years.   

He was survived by children and grand children among whom is Steve Onu (Yaw), one of Nigeria’s most successful On Air Personality, Actor and ace comedian loved for his hilariousness.

The reason why I passed under barbed wire at airport – Ayo Fayose

Peoples Democratic Party Governorship candidate in Ekiti State, Mr. Ayo Fayose, has explained why he passed under a barbed wire at Murtala Muhammed International Airport during his tenure as governor of the state.

Reacting to the picture, which went viral on the Internet, the former governor said he passed under the barbed wire because time was running out and he did not want to miss his flight.

He subsequently debunked claims by the All Progressives Congress that he committed the act in order to beat airport security and launder money.
