7 THINGS YOU SHOULD DO ON THE MORNING OF YOUR WEDDING DAY

Here is how to prepare properly before you take that walk down the aisle.
There are some very important things to do on the morning of your wedding day.
It is very easy to get caught up in the excitement of everything the day holds and not do these things that can actually make your day and the following days much better for you.
Be sure to take time for these things to do on the morning of your wedding.
1. EAT BREAKFAST: It is so important to eat breakfast on the morning of your wedding even though you will be a bundle of nerves. No doubt your mind is racing and the last thing you are thinking of is food. But you need the energy that food gives you to get you through the day. This is one of the very important things to do on the morning of your wedding.
2. BRUSH, FLOSS, RINSE, MINTS: You have to do these things, ladies! You do not want to meet your groom at the end of the aisle with dragon breath. It sounds funny but it really is important to take care of your oral hygiene the day of the wedding. Of course, you would never intentionally neglect these things but things can slip your mind on such a big day of your life. You will feel much more confident about that exciting kiss when you are careful not to forget this one, too.
3. TAKE YOUR DAILY MEDICINE: If you have daily medication that you need to take, be sure not to forget it on the morning of your wedding. You want and need to be at your best on your wedding day. You do not want whatever condition you take medication for to give you trouble. You also want to be at your best on your honeymoon. No one wants memories of feeling badly at that special time.

4. DRINK WATER: Do you think this one sounds funny? Let's tell you why it is very important to drink water on the morning of your wedding day. Many women get a urinary tract infection on their honeymoon and drinking water can help to prevent that from happening. Being dehydrated is only going to up your risk of this happening. If you have ever had a UTI, you know that you don’t want to have another one.
5. GO TO YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT PREPARED: It is important to go to your hair appointment prepared. Ask your hair dresser how they would like your hair to be when you arrive. Would they prefer it clean or do they want to work with second day hair? Do they want product in it or not? These things make a big difference and your hair dresser will thank you for your consideration into their preferences.
6. RELAX: Your wedding day is a day full of wonderful memories just waiting to happen. But the morning of it can be very stressful as you make last minute preparations and begin to get ready. It is good to do something that makes you feel calm and relaxed, even if only for a few minutes. This will be different for everyone. One woman may find a few yoga poses relaxing while another needs to just sit quietly in a tub of warm water. Do whatever you find works best for you.
7. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR LUGGAGE: You need to double check your luggage and make sure that you have everything that you need. In the busyness of preparing for your wedding, packing for the honeymoon can take a back seat. It is important to make sure that you have everything that you need. There are some things that you can buy if you forget them but there are some things you can’t. Make sure you have any prescriptions and things like glasses, passports and other important items packed.
Doing these 7 things on your wedding day will help you to have a better wedding day and honeymoon.
What is on your list to do on that morning? Will any of these make your list?
