I’m  Israel  Owolabi  a.k. a Btunes.. am from Kwara State, an Afro pop artist and I love good music. Currently a student of kwara state university studying Bio-Chemisty. I do love good music

WHEN DID YOU START MUSIC? HOW DID YOU DISCOVER YOURSELF
Well, I started my music in the year 2016/2017. i discovered myself  way back since I was still in primary school

YOU CLAIMED YOUR CAREER EXPERIENCED A TURN AROUND WHEN YOU CAME IN CONTACT WITH FOBIT ENTERTAINMENT. HOW?
Wow, I thank GOD for the day I met with my uncle whom I do always call my father as well. He owns the label ( FOBIT ENTERTAINMENT), I have been sending him several songs for him to listen to but due to his other business he has been taking care because my uncle does not joke with time , time is money for him but  i never stopped sending until i actually got his attention and since then he has grew more interest in me , he has given me all the attention since then he never stopped supporting in every way. Fobit  Entertainment is a new label, with a promising future in the industry. we are all out to identify the star in every crowd and bring them out to the world. We move as a team and trust on Good to keep bringing out the best in us. we at fobit entertainment are into  entertainment generally. we are not only focused on music.


TELL US ABOUT YOUR NEW SINGLE?

 My new single "SURUBOMI" is a really interesting track...To me as the writer, its track I really thank God for ..the lyrics are carefully written and sequenced to lead the listener on in the spirit of the song. From the first verse till the concluding chorus at the very end, a story is told


WHAT IS YOUR INSPIRATION
 "SURUBOMI".... well, its a track i wrote out of real events. i often wonder how most  guys feel when they are unable to protect their love.Most out of oppression or lack of material things loose the woman they love without a reason.. In situations like this, "SURUBOMI" comes in handy .. In other  words, of you cannot defend your territory in words, you do it in a song.



WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES IN THE INDUSTRY
There are so many challenges in the industry , but to start with, i'll speak on consistency! The Industry is constantly changing and music is getting more dynamic as days go by!  Music in the last decade is different from the music we have now. To maintain a strong position at the top in the music industry, you must be able to give your audience what they need constantly. Failure to be consistent in dropping what your audience wants will lead to the extinction of your style of music.


WHO IS YOUR ROLE MODEL/MENTOR
 My role model is Myself ..I got to know of recent that trying to be better than someone is exhausting and sometimes wears you out... A man main focus is to be better than who he was yesterday.. the way, you become better everyday without trying to imitate anybody! This mindset has really been really productive for me as an artist as i work on myself to become better everyday without actually influencing my style or changing my vibe just to fit in the industry..

wow.. concerning my mentor, I really do not have just one but two .. just imagine having two strong mentor in your life then you are just heading to the successful path in your life. My mother has been my mentor since from childhood till to the point i choose this career of music which she never stopped at all and my Uncle, who has been my backbone in the industry and always give me the encouragement to keep moving on and never to be afraid, He sees beyond my own measures.


WHAT SHOULD WE EXPECT FROM YOU NEXT
I'll like everybody to keep their heads up and sit tight.. There is gonna be an invasion soon..Hits after hits. Till hits become a thing y'all find only with  Btunes.  By God's grace Fobit Entertainment be  shocking the industry with Dynamics only Btunes have to offer. Watch the space for more .

To everyone hoping for an opportunity to show forth what they  have to the world, all i have to say is that , be yourself... Do not change your style or your mindset to fit in the industry!We're different entities and if we do the same thing, there wont be diversity in the industry..know that some people somewhere on this earth are waiting for you to bring out the best in yourself. it might not seem so now but trust God, and give your very best in what you do! With time, your uniqueness will be noticed and the world will beg for more.
